Moving In?
We know that you are excited into moving in to your new home. But have you filed your move-in application yet? These are the things you need to know when moving in:
1. Set an appointment with the Project Engineer to visit the site and verify if the move-in is possible. Both the Homeowner and the Project Engineer shall agree on the initial schedule of move-in. The processing of documents and preparation of units for move-in usually takes one (1) month. Please make sure that your request is properly coordinated with the Project Engineer.

2. If the request to move-in is acceptable, The Project Engineer shall issue application forms (3 copies) and other necessary documents to the homeowner together with the assessment of fees to be paid. All payments shall only be made at WPI main office.
3. Fill up the forms and submit the same to WPI main office. Look for Ms. Cynthia and/or Maricar to verify any lacking document yet to be submitted. As a company policy, all necessary documents and payments for the homeowner’s account shall be settled prior to the processing of move-in papers. Otherwise,the move-in application shall be held pending and your move-in schedule may be affected. (Refer to the move-in application form for details).
4. Expect a call from the Project Engineer confirming that your move-in application has been approved. In any case, if you have not yet received a call from the Engineer two (2) weeks prior to agreed move-in schedule, please follow up and verify your application status to the concerned Engineer or call Ms. Cynthia/Maricar.
5. Secure a copy of move-in papers and present it to the Guard- on-Duty upon entering the site on your scheduled move-in date.
