Q: I am interested to buy a house for my own in the Philippines. What are the qualifications do you look for in a buyer?

A: As long as you are a Filipino born in the Philippines, even if you have undergone a change in your citizenship, financially capable and of the legal age, you are qualified to own a property in the Philippines.

Q: How much would one unit cost and how do I pay for it?

A: After you have chosen the unit that you want, we can give you a recommendation on how you can make the easier payments.There is a choice of paying the

  1. Total Contact Price on a Full Payment.
  2. 20% Full Downpayment and the Balance thru Bank Financing or the In House Finance method.
  3. 20% Downpayment payable in 12 month without interest and the remaining Balance thru Bank and In House Financing.

Q: Can I have a representative view the house that I choose if in case I would be out of the country?

A: Yes, you may provide us with the contact number and name of the person who will represent you. With this in hand, we can schedule a meeting and a  tripping for them. . If you’re visiting the Philippines and would like to view the house you’re interested to buy, our marketing officer can assist you and bring you to the project site.

Q: What are the other miscellaneous fees that I should take note of?

A: The fees that will cover the electricity, water installation and  the homeowner’s association fees.

Q: I am interested in having a house built on a residential lot that I own. Can you help me find a builder for it?
