Woodridge Properties, Inc (WPI) has become one of the fastest rising real estate developers in Southern Metro Manila since its inception in mid-1997. Unfazed by the currency crisis that swept the country in 1998, WPI launched its maiden project, the 222-home Woodwinds Village in bustling Molino, Bacoor, Cavite while most of the industry players were suspending operations.

The aggressive and resilient management style characterized by professionalism and strong determination, coupled by its highly motivated, multi-disciplined and empowered workforce, complemented by its wide network of real estate brokers and agents here and abroad, is just one of the many reasons why we have withstood the low blows of the Philippine Real Estate Industry-and just another reason why Woodridge Properties, Inc is one of the few companies well regarded, as we were one of the few who steadfastly held the hand of the Philippine Real Estate Industry when it was at its lowest.

To date, we have already sold 99% of our first seven projects-Woodwinds Village and the New Home Series pocket development at Krause Park, Villa Isabel and Teresa Park, Ridgetown, Christianville and Melrose Park. Other projects like Hamilton Heights at Royal South , and our two newest projects, Tagaytay Garden Villas and Danarose Residences are, on their own, fast becoming the popular choices among prospective homeowners.

The success of Woodwinds Village emboldened us to develop more properties that are stratecgically located, focusing on the middle-income group.
